Call Center Customer Service Sales Representative

Highly motivated group of people is needed immediately and can be employed for a significant amount of time. Work hours are usually 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The work environment is honest and casual but is geared towards getting maximum results and achieving their daily goals. Successful candidates are willing to except rejection over the phone. Provide callers with an unbiased presentation of products and offer assistance to customers.

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to speak, read, and write the English language proficiently.
• Ideal candidates should feel comfortable with quotas. You may want to ask them how they feel about quotas.
• They should not get easily discouraged. Rejection is an element of the assignment since they will be calling business leaders to participate in a fundraising event.
• They should feel comfortable asking people to raise hundreds of dollars for a charity
• They must be self motivated
• They must have reliable transportation
• They must past a criminal background check (This is performed after they have been placed at MDA)
• If they are a good fit, they should be able to make a commitment of six weeks. This is also based on their success with their job assignment
